Permanently Bond to all Types of Metals, Plastics, PVC & Fibre Glass, Wood, China Clay, Ceramic, Concrete, Stone & More.

 

Directions:-

1. Pre-fit parts to be joined.

2. Mix 80% of Aluminous Resin with 20% Hardener together.

3. Apply to surfaces to be bonded, within 2 minutes after mixture is prepared.

4. Support until bond set in 15-20 minutes.

TIP: for batter results surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. Roughen smooth surfaces for perfect bond.

 About this Item

·         Bond to most metals, concrete, plastics.

·         Keep at room temperature. Can be drilled, tapped, machine, water & chemical.

·         Ideal for placing & repair where welding or brazing would be undesirable.

Mixing ration: - 4:1, By volume: 80:20

 

Application Surface Preparation

Clean surface thoroughly with solvent to remove oil, grease and dirt. Grit blast surface area with a coarse wheel or abrasive disc pad. Clean the surface again with solvent to remove all traces of oil grease, dust or other foreign substances from the grit blasting. Repair surface assoon as possible to eliminate any changes or surface contaminants.

 

Working Condition

Ideal application temperature is 15⁰C to 35⁰C in cold working conditions, heat repair area to 40⁰C immediately prior to applying epoxy to dry off any moisture, contamination or solvent, as well as to assist epoxy in achieving maximum adhesion properties.

 

Mixing Application Instructions

Mix the hardener and resin thoroughly with screwdriver or similar tool. Continuously scrape material away from sides and bottom of container, until a uniform. Streak free consistency is obtained. Spread mixed material on repair area and work firmly into substrate to ensure maximum surface contact.

 

Storage

Stored in a dry place in unopened containers in room temperature.
